Vacations-Interruptions. (a) Where an Employee’s scheduled vacation is interrupted or interfered with due to serious personal illness, as certified by a medical certificate, the period of such illness shall be considered as sick leave.

Service Interruptions The Company may need to interrupt Your access to the Website to perform maintenance or emergency services on a scheduled or unscheduled basis. You agree that Your access to the Website may be affected by unanticipated or unscheduled downtime, for any reason, but that the Company shall have no liability for any damage or loss caused as a result of such downtime.
Service Interruption Except where there exists an emergency situation necessitating a more expeditious procedure, the Licensee may interrupt Service for the purpose of repairing or testing the Cable Television System only during periods of minimum use and, when practical, only after a minimum of forty- eight (48) hours notice to all affected Subscribers.
Classroom Interruptions Classroom interruptions shall be kept to a minimum. Principals shall establish schedules for the use of the intercom services in each school, including staff use. The schedule shall be posted. Deviations from the schedule shall be made only in an emergency or when other means of communication are not possible or feasible.
INTERRUPTIONS TO THE TENANCY 5.3.1 To agree that Rent shall cease to be payable, if the Property is destroyed or made uninhabitable by fire, or any other risk against which the Landlord’s policy has insured, until the Property is reinstated and rendered habitable; unless the insurance monies are not recoverable (whether in whole or in part) or the damage needs to be made good because of anything done or not done by the Tenant, their family, or their visitors; or the insurer pays the costs of re-housing the Tenant. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services. Nothing in these Legal Terms will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Services or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.
