SICK AND ACCIDENT BENEFITS. 3.01 If bodily injuries caused by non-occupational accident or sickness shall totally and continually disable an employee who has completed their probationary period, so that they cannot work, the Company will make provisions for the payment to such employee of weekly indemnity as follows: Thirty-two (32) weeks at 55% of employees average weekly earnings.
