Common use of Sick Board Clause in Contracts

Sick Board. An Operator on the sick board wishing to return to work must notify the dispatcher before 3:00 p.m. of the day before desiring to return to work. Operators calling in sick on a late run on the first day of an illness have until 10:00 a.m. the following morning to notify the dispatcher that they are able to return to work. A late run is a run that begins after 2:00 p.m.
