Sick Leave Allowed for Personal Necessity. a. An employee may use, at his/her election, during any school year, not more than their annual allotment of sick leave in the case of personal necessity without providing the specific reason. The employee shall not be required to secure advance permission for leave taken for any of the following reasons:
