SICK LEAVE AND LONG TERM DISABILITY (FULL TIME ONLY. With reference to Article 12.03 of the central document, the following Articles set out the pay out provision that existed under the former Collective Agreement with St. Mary's of the Lake Employees' Association. On termination of employment, with over ten (10) consecutive years of service, commencing from January 28th, 1966 and provided two (2) weeks notice of her or his intention to resign is given in writing an employee shall receive fifty percent (50%) of her or his accumulated sick credits, in cash; such payment not to exceed a maximum of forty-five (45) days. Termination payments of sick time in this Article shall not apply to sick credits accrued prior to January 1966. All employees retiring at age sixty-five (65) with over ten (10) years of service from date of employment shall receive fifty percent (50%) of her or his accumulated sick credits, in cash; such payment not to exceed a maximum of forty-five (45) days. This will apply only to sick credits accrued after January 1966.
