Common use of Sick Leave Benefit Plan Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Benefit Plan. The Board will provide a Sick Leave Benefit Plan which will provide sick leave days and short- term disability coverage to provide protection against loss of income when ill or injured as defined below. An employee, other than a casual employee as defined above, is eligible for benefits under this article.
