Retiring unit employees may have each eligible hour of accrued unused sick leave hours converted at the rate of twenty-eight dollars ($28.00) per hour which will be paid to each unit employee’s individual Retiree Health Savings Plan (RHSP) effective upon the unit employee’s official date of retirement.
