Common use of SICK LEAVE, RETIREMENT GRATUITY Clause in Contracts

SICK LEAVE, RETIREMENT GRATUITY. 20.01 After the Employee has acquired seniority under Article 7 (Seniority), a full-time Employee covered by this Agreement will be credited with two (2) days of sick leave with pay at the completion of each month of service and may accumulate the unused portion of any sick leave from one year to another up to a maximum of two hundred and forty (240) days in the case of twelve (12) month Employees and two hundred (200) days in the case of ten (10) month Employees.
