SICKNESS OR INJURY IN COURSE OF EMPLOYMENT. Employees incapacitated by sickness or injury received in the course of employment shall, in lieu of the benefits of Section 9 (Sick Leave) be granted the benefits set forth in Section 4850 et seq of the Labor Code.
