Side Letters and Memorandums of Understanding. Upon ratification of this Agreement, the parties agree to assign designees to review all Side Letters and Memorandums of Agreements to ascertain whether said agreements shall be added/modified and/ or deleted from the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
