SIDE LETTERS OF AGREEMENT. All Side Letters of Agreement and Memoranda of Understanding existing prior to ratification of this Agreement, unless mutually extended, are null and void.
SIDE LETTERS OF AGREEMENT. It is also understood by the Fitchburg School Custodians Association bargaining team that the “fifteen minute rule” would be reinstated in keeping with past practice for second shift custodians. While there is not now nor has there been any such language included in the Contract to cover this practice, the consensus reached on all of the issues included in this MOA was with the understanding that this practice would continue.

The parties have mutually agreed for the life of this Agreement to extend SL-010 Deferred Compensation for Non-Sworn and MOU Implementation of Pension Cost-Sharing.
SIDE LETTERS OF AGREEMENT. The BSC and the BEU enter into the following agreements. Other side letters have been negotiated in previous years. The fact that they are not included does not invalidate them.
