Common use of Sideline Behavior Clause in Contracts

Sideline Behavior. CRSA has an expectation that all parents will conduct themselves appropriately while on the sideline I Will Not:  Encourage or employ verbal or physical abuse in the game.  Ridicule or yell at any player for making a mistake.  Question a coach’s or referee’s judgment, honesty, or authority  Coach from the sideline. Consequences for Violation of Sideline Rules  First offense: Verbal warning.  Second offense: Continued inappropriate behavior will result in a private phone call from XXXX's Director of Coaching Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx. During this conversation, Xxxx will clearly define consequences of continued offenses.  Additional Offense- as outlined in DOC discussion with possibility of specific game ban or termination of club membership CRSA wants our members to continue feeling proud of the club in every possible aspect and will do what’s necessary to ensure it. By signing this contract, I give my word that I will follow these simple rules. If I fail to follow these rules, I understand that there will be consequences.
