Sidewalks and Pathways. i. Sidewalks and pathways in the right-of-way shall be constructed in full compliance with Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG) and sidewalks and pathways outside the right-of-way shall be in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
