Specifications for Public Improvements. Developer agrees to install the Public Improvements specified in this Agreement in strict accordance with the plans and specifications approved by Windsor’s Engineer and subject to the following further conditions: (a) The installation of the Public Improvements shall be done in strict accordance with Windsor’s Ordinances, orders, rules and regulations in effect as of the date of commencement of construction of each Phase of construction, as well as XxXxxxxx’x Ordinances, orders, rules and regulations in effect as of the date of commencement of construction of each Phase of construction. In the event of a conflict between the requirements, the stricter regulations, as determined by Windsor’s Engineer, shall apply. (b) Developer shall install and maintain during the course of construction and until the Public Improvements have been finally accepted by Windsor, such grading, erosion control and barricades as may be required by Windsor’s Engineer and any other governmental authority having appropriate jurisdiction thereof. (c) No installation of the Public Improvements shall commence until plans and specifications have been approved by Windsor’s Engineer, the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District and any other governmental authorities having jurisdiction thereof, in addition to any other approvals required under this Agreement. When required by Windsor, the Public Improvements shall be provided in locations, sizes and depths necessary to serve future development. (d) Where standards and/or specifications have not been established by Windsor, all work shall be made in accordance with established engineering practices as designated and approved by Windsor’s Engineer. (e) All water service laterals one and one-half (1½) inches in diameter or smaller shall be completed with the curb stop and box. All other water service laterals two (2) inches in diameter or larger shall be completed with a controlling valve and road box. (f) If any lot within CSM 14444 is designated or zoned for more than one building, each such building shall be served by separate building sewers and water laterals to each building, unless Windsor’s Engineer determines otherwise.

  • Public Improvements To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no written or proposed plans to widen, modify, or realign any street or highway or any existing or proposed eminent domain proceedings which would affect the Property in any way whatsoever. To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no presently planned public improvements which would result in the creation of a special improvement or similar lien upon the Property.

  • Quality Improvement VRC shall develop programs designed to improve the quality of care provided by the Radiologists and encourage identification and adoption of best demonstrated processes. Practice and VRC acknowledge that, in connection with such quality improvement activities, it may be necessary to provide VRC with Protected Health Information and Practice and VRC agree to treat such information in accordance with Article 9;

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.
