Sign-up frequency. Not less than two (2) new sign-up sheets for the Freight Office will be posted during each calendar year. Each sign-up will be for a duration of six (6) months. This provision shall not preclude the right of the Company to introduce additional sign-up sheets as conditions may warrant.
