Signage Guidelines. All signs to be hung from ceiling in bulk space booths must adhere to the Sports Show signage size and construction guidelines as indicated in the Exhibitor Service Kit. All ceiling signs must be approved by submitting detailed drawings and the appropriate signage form to Show Management by 60 days prior to the first day of Move In. Exhibitors will be billed by Venue stagehands for installation and removal of the hanging signs. For further information, see signage guidelines in Exhibitor Service Kit. Note: Only bulk space booths may hang signage from ceiling. Booth signs must cover backsides properly. Consult Show Management for height restrictions.

Signage Guidelines. All proposed signage requires DOT approval.  The signage and menu board shall be provided as part of the fit-out work.  Consider mounting signage from inside the Café Building in the designated area, 10’ above the structural slab as shown in diagram above.  Signage proposed to be mounted to any part of the Café Building including the louver, orange aluminum panel cladding, glass storefront, canopy soffit, canopy ceiling, and V- column must be reviewed and approved by DOT.  The signage may be back-lit.  Flashing, revolving, or strobe lighting or signage is prohibited.  The wording of all exterior signs shall be limited to the announcement of store names, a DOT-approved logo, or a generic inscription (e.g., “BOOKSTORE”, “NEWSSTAND”, or the like), unless otherwise approved by the DOT.  Advertising (other than in a form identifying the Concessionaire with approval from DOT) is strictly prohibited.  No signage will be permitted outside the Licensed Premises onto the Plaza. Additionally, if the Concessionaire contemplates placing any signs off-site that advertise the Concession, such as on nearby streets, it shall be the Concessionaire’s responsibility to obtain any necessary approvals or permits from any governmental agency having jurisdiction over such locations.
Signage Guidelines. Without limitation, all signage erected by or on behalf of the Tenant must be in accordance with the Landlord’s signage guidelines from time to time.

  • Trading Guidelines BNYMCM may, to the extent permitted under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, purchase and sell Common Stock for its own account while this Agreement is in effect provided that (i) no such purchase or sale shall take place while an Issuance Notice is in effect (except to the extent BNYMCM may engage in sales of Issuance Shares purchased or deemed purchased from the Company as a “riskless principal” or in a similar capacity), (ii) in no circumstances shall BNYMCM have a short position in the Common Stock for its own account and (iii) the Company shall not be deemed to have authorized or consented to any such purchases or sales by BNYMCM. The Company hereby acknowledges and agrees that BNYMCM’s Affiliates may, subject to compliance with Regulation M under the Exchange Act and Section 5 of the Securities Act, if applicable, make markets in the Common Stock or other securities of the Company, in connection with which they may buy and sell, as agent or principal, for long or short account, shares of Common Stock or other securities of the Company, at the same time BNYMCM is acting as agent pursuant to this Agreement.

  • APPLICABLE RULES AND REGULATIONS The Account and each transaction therein shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and to (a) all applicable laws and the regulations, rules and orders (collectively "regulations") of all regulatory and self-regulatory organizations having jurisdiction and (b) the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, resolutions, interpretations and customs and usages (collectively "rules") of the market and any associated clearing organization (each an "exchange") on or subject to the rules of which such transaction is executed and/or cleared.
