THE APPLICANT will keep PMBI informed of any fact, matter or circumstance that has a significant bearing on THE APPLICANT'S ability to continue to operate the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Xxxxxx in accordance with this AGREEMENT. Without limiting the preceding requirement, THE APPLICANT shall promptly, and in no event more than 7 days after THE APPLICANT becomes aware of any of the following situations related to the Pradhan Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, provide NOTICE to PMBI of the circumstances, and provide PMBI with copies of pertinent documents, and any other information PMBI requires:

Without limiting the preceding requirement, AGENCY shall promptly, and in no event more than 7 days after AGENCY becomes aware of any of the following situations related to the business, provide NOTICE to AIHUT of the circumstances, and provide AIHUT with copies of pertinent documents, and any other information AIHUT requires:
