System Standards definition
System Standards means any one or more (as the context requires) of the following three (3) categories of standards: (i) operational standards (for example, services offered to guests, quality of food and beverages, cleanliness, staffing and employee compensation and benefits, frequent traveler programs and other similar programs; (ii) physical standards (for example, quality of the hotel, FF&E, and Fixed Asset Supplies, frequency of FF&E replacements, etc.); and (iii) technology standards (for example, those relating to software, hardware, telecommunications, systems security and information technology); each of such standards shall be the standard which is generally prevailing or in the process of being implemented at other hotels in the System represented by the Franchise Agreement.
System Standards means the physical standards (for example, quality of the Building, FF&E, and Fixed Asset Supplies, frequency of FF&E replacements, etc.); each of such standards shall be the standard which is generally prevailing or in the process of being implemented at other hotels in the System, on a fair and consistent basis with other hotels in the System; provided, however, that if the market area or the physical peculiarities of the Hotel warrant, in the reasonable judgment of Manager, a deviation from such standards shall be permitted.
System Standards means any one or more (as the context requires) of the following three (3) categories of standards: (i) operational standards (for example, services offered to guests, quality of food and beverages, cleanliness, staffing and employee compensation and benefits, Chain Services, frequent traveler programs such as the Marriott Rewards Program and other similar programs, etc.); (ii) physical standards (for example, quality of the hotel, FF&E, and Fixed Asset Supplies, frequency of FF&E replacements, etc.); and (iii) technology standards (for example, those relating to software, hardware, telecommunications, systems security and information technology); each of such standards shall be the standard which is generally prevailing or in the process of being implemented at other then existing hotels in the Residence Inn by Marriott system of hotels, including all services and facilities in connection therewith that are customary and usual at comparable hotels in the Residence Inn by Marriott system of hotels.

If such plan varies from the Shoring System Standards established by the Safety Orders, the plan shall be prepared by a registered civil or structural engineer, but in no case shall such plan be less effective than that required by the Safety Orders.

More Definitions of System Standards
System Standards means those standards and requirements for the maintenance, operation and improvement of hotels within the System, as such standards and requirements are more particularly described in the Systems Standards Manual for hotels within the System, and the Franchise Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time.
System Standards means the collective reference to the industry standards specified in Exhibits C, D, F, G and H.

These standards include (x) those generally prevailing or in the process of being implemented at other hotels in the System on a fair and consistent basis with other hotels in the System, including all services and facilities in connection therewith that are customary and usual at comparable hotels in the System; provided, however, that if the market area or the physical peculiarities of the Hotels warrant(s) it, in the reasonable judgment of Manager, then a deviation from such standards shall be permitted; and (y) those standards Manager may specify for certain System hotel types (for example, resort, convention or casino) on a consistent basis for all System hotels of such hotel type.
System Standards means the standards for the participating in the System published in the System Standards Manual, including but not limited to Design Standards, FF&E Standards, Marks Standards, Operations Standards, Technology Standards and Maintenance Standards and any other standards, policies, rules and procedures we promulgate about System operation and usage.
System Standards means, as of any given time, the then-current mandatory procedures, requirements, and/or standards of the System as determined by Great Greek Franchising, which may include without limitation, any procedures, requirements and/or standards for appearance, business metrics, catering and/or delivery, cleanliness, customer service, design (such as construction, decoration, layout, furniture, fixtures and signs), equipment, inventory, marketing and public relations, menu and other product and service offerings, operating hours, presentation of Marks, quality of products and services, recipes, reporting, safety, technology (such as computers, computer peripheral equipment, smartphones, point-of-sale systems, back-office systems, information management systems, security systems, video monitors, other software, backup and archiving systems, communications systems (including email, audio, and video systems), payment acceptance systems, and internet access, as well as upgrades, supplements, and modifications thereto), uniforms, and vehicles.

System Standards means standards, specifications, procedures, and rules for operations, marketing, construction, equipment, furnishings, and quality assurance that Hyatt implements and may periodically modify for Hyatt Place Hotels.
