Signs and Fences. Lessee shall be permitted to place any sign upon the Premises and/or erect a fence around all or any portion of the Premises without Lessor’s prior written consent, provided that any such sign or fence shall comply with all Legal Requirements. Lessee shall be permitted to place a sign or signs upon the Refinery only with the Lessor’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.
