Simulator/Aircraft a. A pilot who is unsuccessful in the simulator/aircraft phase of a training qualification event, or on a proficiency check, or type rating will be given at least one simulator session prior to rechecking. In determining the amount of retraining, due regard will be given to the input of the applicant and the instructor. b. A pilot may request to defer the retest until seventy- two (72) hours after the unsuccessful check provided the pilot makes the request no later than six (6) hours following the unsuccessful ride or by 10:00 a.m. local time on the morning following a checkride that is completed after 8:00 p.m. on the previous day.

  • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A319-100 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J 000 01000 Issue 6 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with:

  • Lease of Aircraft Lessor agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee pursuant to the provisions of FAR Section 91.501(b)(6) and Section 91.501(c)(1) and this Agreement, and to provide a fully-qualified and credentialed flight crew for all flights to be conducted hereunder during the Term (as defined in Section 13) hereof. The parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement did not result in any way from any direct or indirect advertising, holding out or soliciting on the part of Lessor or any person purportedly acting on behalf of Lessor. Lessor and Lessee intend that the lease of the Aircraft effected by this Agreement shall be treated as a “wet lease” pursuant to which Lessor provides transportation services to Lessee in accordance with FAR Section 91.501(b)(6) and Section 91.501(c)(1).

  • Use of Aircraft ‌ Employees shall not be required to use an aircraft in the course of their duties other than those of regular commercial airlines, licensed charters, or government aircraft.

  • Aircraft Basic Price The Aircraft Basic Price is listed in Table 1 and is subject to escalation in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Agreement.

  • Life support equipment (a) If a person living or intending to live at your premises requires life support equipment, you must: (i) register the premises with your retailer or with us; and (ii) provide medical confirmation for the premises. (b) Subject to satisfying the requirements in the Rules, your premises may cease to be registered as having life support equipment if medical confirmation is not provided to us or your retailer.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.
