Single Activity Funds. The IEEE Development Office shall be delegated authority, with the advice and consent of the Vice President, Development, to approve the establishment and management of Funds that shall be limited to a single activity (specific, distinct IEEE program such as an award, scholarship, fellowship, travel grant, or distinguished lecture). The IEEE Development Office shall report the Funds it approves for establishment and management at the next regular meeting of the Foundation Board of Directors.
