Common use of Single Voice Performance Clause in Contracts

Single Voice Performance. (i) UK, Northern Ireland and BBC audiobooks released in North America as follows:  4% on sales up to 50,000 copies  5% on sales of 50,001 - 100,000 copies  6% on sales of 100,001 - 150,000 copies  7% on sales of 150,001 copies or more (ii) (a) outside the UK, NI and North America, (b) through audio/book clubs and/or by mail order, (c) as budget re-issues as follows:  2% on sales up to 50,000 copies  2.5% on sales of 50,001 - 100,000 copies  3% on sales of 100,001 - 150,000 copies  3.5% on sales of 150,001 copies or more (iii) 7% on readings licensed to a third party in North America (iv) 4% from exploitation of the Extract Rights
