If two or more persons, firms, corporations or other entities constitute either the Landlord or the Tenant, the word “Landlord” or the word “Tenant” shall be construed as if it reads “Landlords” or “Tenants” and the pronouns “it,” “he” and “him” appearing herein shall be construed to be the singular or plural, masculine, feminine or neuter gender as the context in which it is used shall require.
