Shop Xxxxxxx Present. The Company agrees that if it chooses to implement written discipline, suspension, or discharge on an employee, a Shop Xxxxxxx shall be present, or all discipline shall be deemed null and void.

The Company agrees that if it chooses to implement any discipline, including the suspension or discharge of an employee, a Shop Xxxxxxx or alternate Shop Xxxxxxx shall be present or all discipline shall be deemed null and void. Where a Shop Xxxxxxx or alternate Shop Xxxxxxx is not reasonably available and the situation warrants immediate action, the employee may be sent home and held out of service until a representative of the Union can be present. A meeting shall be convened as soon as all Parties are available. All time spent away from work by the employee shall count towards any discipline the Employer decides to administer. If the Employer decides to discipline less than the time that the employee has been held out of service the employee shall be compensated for those lost wages and benefits and otherwise be made whole.
Shop Xxxxxxx Present. The Company agrees that if the Company chooses to implement a written warning, suspension or discharge on an employee, a shop xxxxxxx shall be present provided there is one on shift at the time.

Shop Xxxxxxx Present. The Board agrees that if the Board chooses to implement written discipline, suspension or discharge on an employee, the Board must inform the employee of their right to have a Shop Xxxxxxx or Union Representative present if the employee so wishes.
Shop Xxxxxxx Present. Where a supervisor intends to meet with an employee to administer discipline or for purposes of dismissing the employee, a Shop Xxxxxxx or, in the absence of a Shop Xxxxxxx, a Union official shall be present.

Shop Xxxxxxx Present. When the Company disciplines an employee by verbal or written warning, suspension or discharge, a Shop Xxxxxxx will be present. If more than one (1) Shop Xxxxxxx is available, the employee will have a choice of which Shop Xxxxxxx to use.
Shop Xxxxxxx Present. When an Employee is being interviewed where such interview could lead to disciplinary action, is issued discipline, or is suspended or discharged, a Shop Xxxxxxx, shall be present. A full-time Union Representative shall be entitled to attend any such meeting providing they are readily available and upon advance notice by the Employer.
Shop Xxxxxxx Present. A Shop Xxxxxxx will be present when an Employee is to be informed of a layoff.
