SIP Application. Intel is responsible for filing an application with the State of Oregon as provided in ORS 285C.612 and the applicable administrative rules. Intel shall file the application within sixty (60) days of execution of this 2014 SIP Agreement.

  • APPLICATION/SCOPE 1.1.
