SITE SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. Provide site security such as fencing or guard service as required by each Contract Task Order. However, at a minimum, maintain the site and other Contractor controlled areas in such a manner as to minimize the risk of injury or accident to site personnel or others that may be in the area. Carefully mark work on or near roadways with lights and barricades complying with State and local regulations; or where such regulations are not applicable, provide adequate lights and barricades to minimize the risk of an accident. Fence open excavations that pose a danger to site personnel or others to prevent accidental entry. Shore side slopes of excavations or leave at a safe angle of repose. Equipment, when not in operation, shall be left in a safe manner. (e.g., wheels blocked, buckets on the ground, and in an area under the responsibility of the Contractor). Near residential areas where there may be children, special consideration shall be given to site security and safety needs.
SITE SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. 12.1 Unless authorised by the Employer, Employees will not remove any Employer records, documents, vehicles, tools, plant, equipment or other property. 12.2 For the purposes of ensuring Employee safety as well as the security of staff, Employer and/or client property, the Employer and/or Employer's client will have the right to search, examine and/or inspect any room accommodation, bag, package, container or vehicle being used, carried or driven by an Employee when arriving or departing any work location or site.
SITE SECURITY REQUIREMENTS a. All Contractor’s personnel must carry photo identification cards issued by the Contractor and a valid form of governmental picture identification. The Contractor identification card must be displayed conspicuously at all times by employees working at the Site. The Contractor identification card shall identify all necessary information including the employee's name and the Contractor's business name. Entry to Sites may be denied to any of Contractor’s employees that do not possess acceptable current identification. b. All of Contractor’s employees shall sign a log book upon entering and departing each Site. c. All of Contractor’s employees must follow the instructions of any on-site HRA supervisors. HRA or its contracted security company has the right to search, for reasonable cause, all bags, tool boxes, containers, materials, etc., carried by each person entering and leaving the premises. d. The Contractor shall be responsible for the security of its materials. The Department is not responsible for any stolen, misplaced, or missing materials, parts, tools or items.

  • Security Requirements 7.1 The Authority will review the Contractor’s Security Plan when submitted by the Contractor in accordance with the Schedule (Security Requirements and Plan) and at least annually thereafter.

  • Data Security Requirements Without limiting Contractor’s obligation of confidentiality as further described in this Contract, Contractor must establish, maintain, and enforce a data privacy program and an information and cyber security program, including safety, physical, and technical security and resiliency policies and procedures, that comply with the requirements set forth in this Contract and, to the extent such programs are consistent with and not less protective than the requirements set forth in this Contract and are at least equal to applicable best industry practices and standards (NIST 800-53).

  • Accessibility Requirements Under Tex. Gov’t Code Chapter 2054, Subchapter M, and implementing rules of the Texas Department of Information Resources, the System Agency must procure Products and services that comply with the Accessibility Standards when those Products are available in the commercial marketplace or when those Products are developed in response to a procurement solicitation. Accordingly, Grantee must provide electronic and information resources and associated Product documentation and technical support that comply with the Accessibility Standards.

  • Facility Requirements 1. Maintain wheelchair accessibility to program activities according to governing law, including the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), as applicable. 2. Provide service site(s) that will promote attainment of Contractor’s program objectives. Arrange the physical environment to support those activities. 3. Decrease program costs when possible by procuring items at no cost from County surplus stores and by accepting delivery of such items by County.

  • City Requirements Design, construction, materials, sizing, other specifications, permitting, inspections, testing, documentation and furnishing of as-built drawings, and acceptance of completed infrastructure shall be in accordance with City Requirements. Design and construction shall be by professionals licensed in the state of North Carolina to do the relevant work. City approval of the design of the Improvements shall be required prior to construction, as set forth in City Requirements. If Developer is connecting to the County sewer system, the City may require Developer to furnish the contract providing for such connection.
