City Requirements definition

City Requirements mean all ordinances, policies, standards, and specifications prescribed by the City applicable to the development activity, work, or construction undertaken pursuant to this Contract. Such Requirements may include, but are not limited to, the Unified Development Ordinance, the City Code, and standards for processing of and construction of infrastructure many of which are contained in the City's Reference Guide for Development maintained by the City Department of Public Works.
City Requirements means, collectively, the Ft. Collins’ Land Use Code and the PDP.
City Requirements collectively means all of the following which are in effect from time to time: (a) the Arvin Municipal Code; and (b) all rules, regulations and official plans and policies, including the 2035 Arvin General Plan and any applicable Specific Plan, of the City governing development, subdivision and zoning that are applicable to the Project Area. The City Requirements may include, without limitation, requirements governing building height, maximum floor area, permitted and conditionally permitted uses, floor area ratios, maximum lot coverage, building setbacks and setbacks, parking, signage, landscaping, Exactions (as hereinafter defined) and dedications, growth management, environmental consideration, grading, construction, security measures, odor control and other items.

Examples of City Requirements in a sentence

  • City approval of the design of the Improvements shall be required prior to construction, as set forth in City Requirements.

  • In the event of conflict between this Contract and any law, state or federal regulation, or City Requirements, the stricter of the applicable provisions shall control.

  • Those obligations and duties are, generally, to create all Improvements as may be required by the City in accordance with this Contract and with City Requirements.

  • Design, construction, materials, sizing, other specifications, permitting, inspections, testing, documentation and furnishing of as-built drawings, and acceptance of completed infrastructure shall be in accordance with City Requirements.

More Definitions of City Requirements

City Requirements means, collectively, the Cañon City Municipal Code, and other development standards, except as may be amended by mutual written agreement of the City and Developer through land use or building permit approvals or otherwise.

Annexation of the Property is not a requirement of this Contract. However, it is required that Developer maintain the valid annexation petition up and until September 30, 2013 so that City Council can act on it prior to that date.
City Requirements means the written ordinances, policies, protocols, procedures, standards, and guidelines of the City of Durham as they may be changed from time to time.
City Requirements means applicable standards described in the Whitebook, the Greenbook, the California Building Code, City of San Diego Standard Drawings; The Street Design Manual; The Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices and the California Supplement, including, without limitation, applicable memoranda issued by the CITY Engineer.
