Annual Site VisitThe Commission will conduct an annual site visit required by the Charter Schools Act (§22-8B-12(E), NMSA 1978) using a Commission-approved annual site visit protocol that is adopted pursuant to PEC procedures and consistent with the Commission Rule. In conducting the annual site visit and development of the phase 1 annual report as defined in the Commission Rule, the CSD, as staff for the Commission, and the School will provide the required documentation, and adhere to the procedures, timelines and notice requirements set forth in the Commission Rule (6.2.9.7.(W.) and (Y.), 6.2.9.12.(A.), (B.) and (C.)(1) and (2) NMAC).
Annual Site Visit. As Additional Services, authorized by this paragraph, once each year for a period of five (5) years from Substantial Completion, the Architect to conduct an annual walk-through inspection of the premises of not more than eight (8) hours within 30 days of the anniversary of the Date of Substantial Completion. The Architect’s fee shall be $___ per hour. The fee shall be paid as follows:

LICENSOR will pay all of the costs and expenses of its own representative.

If the Commission is provided with a notice of a site visit objection, the Commission shall either ensure that the site visit objection is resolved to the satisfaction of the Commission and the School or, if not, allow the School to document its concern in the record of performance.

  • Site Visit 7.1 The Tenderer, at the Tenderer's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine and inspect the Site of the Required Services and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering in to a contract for the Services. The costs of visiting the Site shall beat the Tenderer's own expense.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.
