Annual Site Visit. The Commission will conduct an annual site visit required by the Charter Schools Act (§22-8B-12(E), NMSA 1978) using a Commission-approved annual site visit protocol that is adopted pursuant to PEC procedures and consistent with the Commission Rule. In conducting the annual site visit and development of the phase 1 annual report as defined in the Commission Rule, the CSD, as staff for the Commission, and the School will provide the required documentation, and adhere to the procedures, timelines and notice requirements set forth in the Commission Rule (6.2.9.7.(W.) and (Y.), 6.2.9.12.(A.), (B.) and (C.)(1) and (2) NMAC).

If the Commission is provided with a notice of a site visit objection, the Commission shall either ensure that the site visit objection is resolved to the satisfaction of the Commission and the School or, if not, allow the School to document its concern in the record of performance.

Annual Site Visit. During each Development Period throughout the Development Term, LICENSOR shall make one (1) of its representatives available in the Development Area for at least eight (8) weeks (which need not be consecutive) to consult with MASTER LICENSEE regarding the development, marketing, operation, and sublicensing of Coffeehouses and, at LICENSOR's option, to inspect Coffeehouses that LICENSOR selects on the condition that (1) MASTER LICENSEE is then in substantial compliance with all of its obligations under this Agreement, and (2) LICENSOR's representative is accompanied on inspections by a representative of MASTER LICENSEE acceptable to LICENSOR. LICENSOR will pay all of the costs and expenses of its own representative.

Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.
