Common use of Site Visit Clause in Contracts

Site Visit. In the event of default and if the Cardholder fails, neglects and/or omits to respond to notices and/or communication issued by the Bank in relation to the Cardholder’s default under this Agreement, the Cardholder hereby agrees and consents to the Bank, its employees, its representatives and/or its agent(s) visiting any location known to the Bank where the Cardholder may be present, including but not limited to the Cardholder’s residence and place of work/business as the Bank shall deem necessary and appropriate for the purpose of preserving and/or enforcing the Bank’s rights under this Agreement. Clause 48 – Discretion to Handle Credit Balance in Card Account
