Common use of Site Visit Clause in Contracts

Site Visit. The Authorizer designee(s) shall make at least one annual visit to the Schoolxviii (“Annual Site Visit”). The Authorizer its designee(s) or legal counsel, however, may conduct such monitoring activities in its performance review as it deems appropriate to ensure that the School is complying with applicable law, the terms of this Contract and Essential Documents. Except in extraordinary circumstances, Authorizer visits should be pre-arranged and with reasonable notice to avoid needless disruption of the educational process. The Authorizer, or its designee(s) reserves the right to make unannounced visits to open meetings, or to the School.
