Common use of Site Visit Clause in Contracts

Site Visit. The School District may visit the Charter School at least once as a component of the Mid-Term evaluation as defined in the Charter School Performance Framework. The School District may, at its discretion, conduct formal, targeted school visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of its oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; inspection of records maintained by the Charter School; and interviews of school and other stakeholders.
