Common use of Six Month Period Clause in Contracts

Six Month Period. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 4, during the Six Month Period, the Company's obligations under this Agreement are limited to employing the Executive in any capacity reasonably assigned to Executive by the Company to assist in the transition caused by the Change of Control at the location where the Executive was employed immediately preceding the Effective Date or at any office or location less than thirty-five miles from such location and providing to the Executive compensation and benefits, as set forth in Section 4(b) hereof in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company for the Executive as in effect at any time during the one year period immediately preceding the Effective Date.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 4, during the Six Month Period, the Company's ’s obligations under this Agreement with respect to the duties and responsibilities of the Executive are limited to employing the Executive in any capacity reasonably assigned to the Executive by the Company to assist in the transition caused by the Change of Control at the location where the Executive was employed immediately preceding the Effective Date or at any office or location less than thirty-five miles from such location and providing to the Executive compensation and benefits, benefits as set forth in Section 4(b) hereof in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company for the Executive as in effect at any time during the one year period immediately preceding the Effective Date.
