Sixth-Day Turnaround – Day Six Worked. (a) There shall be a thirty-four (34) hour rest period for each Employee who works six (6) consecutive days in a work week. (b) If such rest period is encroached, the Employee shall be paid for the encroached time at a rate equal to two (2) times the rate the Employee was receiving at the end of the preceding shift.
