Common use of Skagit Housing Clause in Contracts

Skagit Housing. a. All employees of the City Light Department Skagit Project who were hired prior to January 1, 1973 and who are currently occupying city-owned housing will continue to receive housing and utilities at no cost for so long as they remain employed full time at the Skagit Project.

Skagit Housing. a. All employees of the City Light Department Skagit Project who were hired prior to after January 1, 1973 and who are currently occupying reside in city-owned housing on the project will continue to receive abide by the terms of their respective monthly rental agreements. All future new hires who can be offered and who elect to live in city-owned housing and utilities at no cost for so long as they remain employed full time at on the Skagit Projectproject will be subject to these same terms.
