Common use of Skilled Trades Representatives Clause in Contracts

Skilled Trades Representatives. (a) On any shift in a plant where there are fifteen (15) or more employees in skilled trades classifications and there is no skilled trades Xxxxxxx, the Local Union may designate in writing a skilled trades employee from among those working on that shift as the Skilled Trades Representative (as distinguished from a Xxxxxxx) for such employees.
