Common use of SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES Clause in Contracts

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES. Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved may include a pool and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the pool and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool and patio areas.

With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community any pool and patio areas.

Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved may include a pool includes an outdoor hot tub and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the pool hot tub and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool hot tub and patio areas.

HOLD HARMLESS None of iTrip Vacations, Vay Cay Rentals, LLC, or the Owner, does not Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does property that occurs during their stay on the owner accept any liability for premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet service, electricity or plumbingplumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, as well as damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its their control. iTrip is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind. POOL & PATIO Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved may include includes a community pool and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool and patio areas.

With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool and patio areas.

Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacitycapacity of four people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interfere interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved may include includes a community pool and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved may MAY include a community or private pool and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. POOL & PATIO Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved may include includes a pool and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the pool and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool and patio areas.

Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved may include a pool includes an outdoor hot tub and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the pool hot tub and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool hot tub and patio areas.

Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool and patio areas. Pools and hot tubs are serviced weekly and not necesarily on the day the guest arrives. We provide skimmer baskets for guests to remove leaves, flowers, and other debris from the pool. Should there be excessive dirt or issues please contact management.

Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved may include includes a pool and/or jacuzzi and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the pool and patio/deck deck/balconies can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio patio/balcony area can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool pool, jacuzzi and patio patio/balcony areas.

Tenant hereby acknowledges that if the premises they have reserved may include includes a pool / hot tub/deck and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool and patio/ hot tub/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio area around these can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool and patio / hot tub/deck areas.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES. Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacitycapacity of 10 people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interfere interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
