Common use of Smart Tuition Clause in Contracts

Smart Tuition. All tuition and fees must be paid via check, money order, or credit card directly to Smart Tuition (see attached Smart Tuition registration form). Smart accepts tuition payments via mail, phone, or online. For your protection and the safety of the school, no cash payments will be accepted at the school.
