Smoke-Free Facilities Sample Clauses

Smoke-Free Facilities. All Services funded in whole or in part through this Agreement will be delivered in a smoke-free facility or environment. If such Services are delivered in residential facilities or in facilities or areas that are not under the control of Provider (e.g., a mall, residential facilities or private residence, restaurant, or private work site), the Services shall be delivered smoke-free.

Smoke-Free Facilities. Effective January 1, 1991, all BTMUA buildings, facilities and vehicles were declared smoke- free. Suitable receptacles have been provided outside building entrances for smoking materials to be extinguished before entering.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to CBB.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Laundry Facilities SF State University assumes no responsibility in the use of laundry equipment or for lost items.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • LIS Entrance Facilities 7.3.1.1.1 Recurring and nonrecurring rates for LIS Entrance Facilities are specified in Exhibit A and will apply for those DS1 or DS3 facilities dedicated to use as LIS.
