Building Entrances. Nightly;
1. Sweep and wash flooring.
2. Wash all rubber mats.
3. Clean all cigarette urns and replace sand or water necessary (sand to be furnished by Owner or its contractors).
4. Wash, wax, and polish floors in elevator cabs, or vacuum clean if carpeted.
5. Dust and rub down walls, metal work and saddles in elevator cabs.
6. Dust all elevator doors, mail chutes and mail depository.

Building Entrances. No sidewalk, hall, entry, passage, or stairway of the building shall be obstructed, or used by Tenants for any other purpose than for entry and exit to and from their respective apartments. No articles shall be left in the common areas, nor shall the common areas be used as play areas, or for loitering. Children are NOT permitted to play in the corridors or stairwells of any buildings.
Building Entrances. The City has obtained Building Entrance to certain privately-owned locations. If the City has fiber available to a Building Entrance, Lessee shall be charged the cost of connecting Lessee to that Building Entrance plus fifteen percent (15%) and any fees charged to the City by the building owner or tenant, which are directly attributable to Lessee’s connection at that Building Entrance. If a Building Entrance is not available and if the City believes that other lessees would desire entrance at that location, then the City may agree to negotiate an entrance agreement and construct to and connect to the Building Entrance at the location desired by Lessee. City shall pay the costs of negotiating the entrance agreement and construction to the Building Entrance. Lessee is responsible for obtaining permission to locate Lessee Infrastructure in the building. City will not likely agree to negotiate a Building Entrance at locations other lessees have no interest. Lessee may cancel this Lease to a Building Entrance upon thirty (30) days written notice to the City, so long as Lessee has paid City any applicable engineering, construction fees or connection fees. No Termination fee or other charge will be assessed by City to Lessee for termination of the Building Entrance.
Building Entrances. In the event that an existing Building Entrance that is owned or controlled by one of the Participating Agencies is not usable or is inadequate, unsafe or would or could potentially cause a problem for either entering a building or for providing access to the location in a building where the Participating Agencies have installed Project components, then the Lead Agency will have the responsibility for making alternative arrangements for Building Entrance with the Facility Owner. The expense associated with any required alternative Building Entrance because the Existing Building Entrance is not usable or is inadequate, unsafe or would or could potentially cause a problem for either entering a building or for providing access to the location in a building where the Participating Agencies have installed Project components shall be borne by the Participating Agencies utilizing the building as a general project cost.
Building Entrances. (i) exterior entrances into the BC Hydro Offices will be shielded from snow and rain by canopies or building overhangs;
(ii) BC Hydro Offices entrances will be oriented away from direct prevailing winds and utilize wind mitigating measures;
(iii) The pedestrian areas and amenities (02 Covered Smoking Area and 03 BBQ Area), and outdoor areas to the BC Hydro Offices will be protected from the wind thereby extending the seasonal duration of outdoor activities;
Building Entrances a. Main Entrances must be well defined from access drives, pedestrian links, public plazas, and major parking areas with one or more of the following:
i. Roof elements such as xxxxx ends,
ii. Canopy, awnings, overhang, or arch above the entrance (columns and pillars), iii. Recesses or projections in the building facade surrounding the entrance, iv. Display windows surrounding the entrance.
b. Public entrances, patios, faux windows or dining areas appropriate to the establishment should be provided on any building side facing a public street. Secondary public/customer entrances on the rear or side of buildings should be given architectural consideration similar to the primary entrances. Service and employee only entrances not visible from a publicly utilized area are excluded from similar consideration requirements.
Building Entrances. Building entrances shall be designed with doorways having a minimum opening of 32 inches. There shall be no grade change at doorway thresholds. Requirements for Visibility at Intersections

Building Entrances. All Tenants and Tenant's employees, agents, visitors, and licensees of tenants are to use the main entrance. Tenant and Tenant's employees, agents, visitors, and licensees are requested not to use firestairs and exits unless an emergency situation exists.
