Smoking in Aircraft. Smoking in the aircraft is strictly PROHIBITED. Smoking on the ramp, or in the vicinity of any aircraft and/or fueling equipment within a radius of 50 feet is strictly PROHIBITED. The Pilot will be refused any further flying privileges for failure to comply with this rule.
