SOFTWARE RELEASE UPGRADES. ELITE will provide, at no cost to LICENSEE, release upgrades released within the first six (6) months following the date this license to use the Software Program is first purchased by LICENSEE. After this initial six (6) month period, EACH release upgrade will be available to LICENSEE at fees ranging from $50.00 to $900.00. LICENSEE may only upgrade to the most recent release of the Software Program, and no other release. Furthermore, if LICENSEE desires to upgrade the Software Program, LICENSEE must pay fees for EACH interim release upgrade produced by ELITE between the end of the initial six (6) month period following LICENSEE’s purchase of this license and the release date of the most recently released version of the Software Program.
