Common use of SOFTWARE SECURITY Clause in Contracts

SOFTWARE SECURITY. If applicable, BA warrants that software security features will be compatible with the CE’s HIPAA compliance requirements. This HIPAA Business Associate Agreement-Addendum shall supersede any prior HIPAA Business Associate Agreements between CE and BA. 1. Specific Identification of Facility and Equipment. The following County facilities and/or equipment may be utilized by CONTRACTOR under this Agreement: (a) Office space for up to eight of Contractor’s employees located at 00000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX 00000 and for up to two of Contractor’s employees located at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxx 000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. (b) Office supplies and Computer equipment for use by up to ten CONTRACTOR employees. (c) Access to the County Data Network by up to ten CONTRACTOR employees. 2. Use at County’s Discretion. Use of County facilities or equipment is made at County’s sole discretion. County may discontinue use of County facilities or equipment by CONTRACTOR upon reasonable notice. County reserves the right to provide substitute facilities or equipment at its discretion. County reserves the right to pre-approve all CONTRACTOR personnel who are to use County facilities or equipment. County reserves the right to require CONTRACTOR to remove any of CONTRACTOR’S personnel from County facilities or to discontinue use of County equipment.
