Common use of Solar Monitoring System Clause in Contracts

Solar Monitoring System. Every Provider’s System comes standard with MONITORING DEVICE proprietary solar monitoring service. MONITORING DEVICE enables Provider to continuously monitor the key performance variables of the System and transmit this data to Provider’s servers through the Internet. All systems will be accessible through a single data access including system-level and aggregated system data. Any additional third-party monitoring, network access or data feed will be cost and responsibility of Purchaser. Provider will allow for integration of additional monitoring to enable purchaser to assess and display data for educational purposes as needed.
