Sole Application. You declare and warrant that any application for Securities in any New Issue by SoFi HK at your request will be the only application made, and the only application intended to be made, by you or on your behalf for your benefit or the person for whose benefit you are making the application. You authorize SoFi HK to represent and warrant to SEHK and any other relevant person to that effect, and acknowledge that such representation and warranty will be relied upon.
Sole Application. You declare, warrant and authorize CSSS to disclose and warrant to any Exchange on any application form (or otherwise) and to any other person, as appropriate, that any such application made by CSSS as your agent is the only application made, and no other application is being made, by you or on your behalf to benefit you or the person for whose benefit you are applying. You acknowledge and accept that the aforesaid declaration and warranty will be relied upon by CSSS and any of the Relevant Persons in respect of any application made by CSSS as your agent.
