Common use of Solicit Employees Clause in Contracts

Directly or indirectly solicit any individual to leave the employment of QLT or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries for any reason or interfere in any other manner with the employment relationship existing between QLT, its affiliates or subsidiaries and its current or prospective employees.
