Common use of Solicit Employees Clause in Contracts

Solicit Employees. The Employee shall not recruit, solicit or induce, or attempt to induce, any employee or employees of the Company to terminate their employment with, or otherwise cease their relationship with, the Company. The restrictions set forth in this section shall apply to any geographic area, market, or territory covered by the Employee where the Company is actively conducting business or attempting to conduct business by engaging in activities such as contacting, serving, soliciting, selling, or marketing to customers, suppliers, or creditors.
