Solicitation and selection of contractors the Subrecipient shall follow applicable procurement and Xxxxx Xxxxx wage determination procedures in securing bids and identifying contractors for any work to be conducted. Subrecipient is responsible for notifying City/Grantee, prior to contracts being executed with General or Subcontractors or work being started, with contractor information so that debarment checks may be accomplished, per 24 CFR 84.13 HUD requirements.
