Common use of Solid Waste and Recycling Clause in Contracts

Solid Waste and Recycling. The Owner agrees to comply with the County’s requirements respecting the disposal of solid waste and the recovery of recyclable materials, and to provide all required facilities indicated on the “approved site plan” to accommodate proper retention, disposal and recycling including appropriate screening of waste bins and separation from sensitive land uses as may be required to comply with applicable municipal regulations.

Solid Waste and Recycling. The Owner also agrees that all solid waste and recycling will be stored within the units, until such time as it can be collected by County Solid Waste Services.
