Performance Standards Exemption for Existing Uses. 1. Except as provided by State law, development within the XXXX Combining Zone shall be subject to the Performance Standards specified in the Grass Valley Development Code Sections 17.030.070 and 17.030.090, except as those Sections are specifically modified by the Performance Standards contained in Section C.2 below (“XXXX Combining Zone Performance Standards”). In the event of a conflict between Sections 17.030.070 and 17.030.090 and the XXXX Combining Zone Performance Standards, the XXXX Combining Zone Performance Standards shall apply.

If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.
