Common use of Solvency Analysis Clause in Contracts

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by the chief financial officer of the Borrower which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by opinion from an independent valuation firm satisfactory to the chief financial officer of the Borrower Administrative Agent which shall document the solvency of each of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole subsidiaries and Holdings and its subsidiaries after giving effect to the transactions contemplated herebyTransactions.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by the chief financial executive officer of the Borrower Borrower’s general partner, on behalf of the Borrower, which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated herebyhereby (including the Parent REIT Follow-On Offering, the Facilities and the use of the proceeds thereof).

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably ----------------- satisfactory solvency analysis certified by the chief financial officer of Holdings or other senior executive officer of Holdings satisfactory to the Borrower Lenders which shall document the solvency of Holdings, the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders Lender shall have received a reasonably satisfactory customary solvency analysis certified by the chief financial officer or treasurer of the Borrower which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by the chief financial officer of each of the Borrower and the Parent which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and the Parent and its Subsidiaries, in each case considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions Transactions and the financings contemplated hereby.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by certificate from the chief financial officer of the Borrower Holdings which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries Group Members considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by the chief financial officer of the Borrower Borrowers which shall document the solvency of the Borrower Borrowers and its their Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency certificate and analysis certified by the chief financial officer of the Borrower which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated hereby, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lenders.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis in customary form certified by the chief financial officer of the Borrower which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the Acquisition and the other transactions contemplated hereby, in form and substance satisfactory to the Lenders.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by the chief financial executive officer of the Borrower Borrower’s general partner, on behalf of the Borrower, which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated herebyhereby (including the Facilities and the use of the proceeds thereof).

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by the chief financial officer of the Borrower which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated herebyhereby but disregarding any assets or liabilities of any Excluded Subsidiary.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by certificate of the chief financial officer of the Borrower which shall document certify as to the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the Transactions and the other transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by the chief financial officer of the Borrower which shall document document, in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Arranger, the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the Acquisition and the other transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency certificate and analysis certified by the chief financial officer of the Borrower in a form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated hereby, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lenders.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by the chief financial officer of Holdings or other senior executive officer of Holdings satisfactory to the Borrower Lenders which shall document the solvency of Holdings, the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency certificate and analysis certified by the chief financial officer of the Borrower in the form of Exhibit P attached hereto, which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated hereby, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lenders.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by the chief financial officer of the Borrower ASC which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries Borrowers considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated herebyhereby but disregarding any assets or liabilities of any Excluded Subsidiary.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by the chief financial officer of the Borrower or other senior executive officer of the Borrower satisfactory to the Lenders which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by the chief financial officer of the Borrower which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated hereby.. Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency certificate and analysis certified by the chief financial officer of the Borrower in the form of Exhibit R attached hereto, which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated hereby, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lenders.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by certificate of the chief financial officer of the Borrower which shall document 56 certify as to the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the Transactions and the other transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis certified by the chief financial officer of the Borrower Holdings which shall document certify the solvency of the Borrower Holdings and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the Acquisition and the other transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency analysis opinion certified by the chief financial officer of the Borrower which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the Acquisition and the other transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory customary solvency analysis certified by the chief financial officer or treasurer of the Borrower which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the transactions contemplated hereby.
